Who are your incursions for?

Our sessions have been developed to target Stage 5 and 6 students, however, they are beneficial to any consumer.

How long are your incursions?

Our incursions are 90 minutes long which includes time for students to ask questions throughout and at the end of the session.

Are there limits to how many students can attend a session?

No, however, smaller sessions tend to be more interactive. We recommend 30-40 students per session, however, we can cater to larger year or stage cohorts in a lecture style presentation.

How many students are required for a booking?

A minimum of 60 students must be booked.

How many sessions can you hold in a day?

We can typically hold up to 4 sessions per day within school hours.

How much do your sessions cost?

We charge $9.00 per student. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. The balance of the invoice is due 7 days’ after the incursion has taken place.

It is important to us that all students receive this education regardless of the financial circumstances of their family. As a result, we are happy to waive fees for those in financial hardship.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations that occur within 48 hours’ of the incursion taking place will lead to a forfeit of your deposit.

What areas do you service?

LifeTools Education is a Sydney based organisation and we are currently offering our face-to-face incursions within a 200km radius of Sydney CBD.

We have hopes to expand into regional NSW and Australia wide soon. If you are outside of Sydney and interested in booking an incursion or an online seminar, please contact us to discuss the available options.

Do you only deliver to high schools?

No! We are happy to engage with any group. Whether that be community clubs and groups, youth correctional facilities or events. The options are endless.

Are you insured?

LifeTools Education has Public Liability Insurance and is insured to the amount of $10,000,000. We are happy to supply a Certificate of Currency upon request.

Do your presenters have National Police and Working with Children checks?

All LifeTools Education employees have current National Police and Working with Children checks.
